Personam.ai, LLC (“Personam,” “we,” “us”) operates the website personam.ai. This policy describes what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to the Personam product, which is governed by the agreements in place with each customer.
**Information you provide.** When you submit a form on this site, such as a contact request or a whitepaper download, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, this may include your name, work email address, company size, industry, the subject of your inquiry, and anything you write in a message field. Whitepaper forms also record which document you requested. If you use the chat feature, we collect the contents of the conversation and the contact details you choose to share.
**Information collected automatically.** Like most websites, we and our service providers collect certain information automatically when you visit, including IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring pages. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including those set by our chat and analytics providers. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect features such as chat. Some browsers offer a Do Not Track signal; like most websites, this site does not currently respond to those signals.
**How we use information.** We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, deliver content you request, schedule demonstrations you ask for, send you material we believe is relevant to your interest in Personam where you have consented to receive it, operate and improve the site, and maintain its security. We do not use information submitted through this site for any purpose unrelated to Personam’s business.
**Marketing communications.** Where you have opted in to receive material from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message or by writing to Learning@personam.ai. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly. Emails we send may include standard open and click tracking so we can tell whether our material is useful.
**How information is shared.** We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, including our website hosting provider, our customer relationship management and marketing platform, our chat provider, and our analytics provider. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a financing or acquisition, in which case this policy would continue to apply to previously collected information.
